It happened to me after 2, just like today, that I have been sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours, if she did not go to the door so the nurse is not even interested in the card, she does not ask, she is arrogant and unpleasant. I have the flu, I'm weak, I have a migraine and a fever, I'm trying to go up to that door to notice me at all, and when a nurse comes out after a few minutes, she takes a card and tells me to sit down. After a few ten minutes, I get up again and go to the door and the nurse says let me sit down and let me get out of the way for lunch. I ran out of patience with this doctor and nurse. Their approach to patients is appalling. After today's visit, I'm leaving elsewhere because waiting for the examination is here all day and the nurse determines the order as she pleases, but I, who is sick and can not even walk, and she prefers to desert her in front of her desert pensioners who obviously come here just to talk.

Both doctor and nurse, professional approach, great experience, maximum satisfaction.

Once I had to visit this surgery because of my GP leave and the waiting time was awful and the waiting list system was not working ... Today I arrived at around 9 o'clock, took a number and waited until the office door opens so I can pass my ID health insurance along with serial number 23. After about one hour during which I had the opportunity to hand over the above mentioned thing to my sister, I stood outside the door of the surgery as there was a few meters away from the waiting room and I was afraid I could not get it when I opened the door and my waiting would come ... er. After the successful handover of the card and the serial number I probably had to impose on my sister (some other patients from whom the sister took the data automatically) I was asked to sit in the waiting room until I arrived. In front of me went a lady who did not have a serial number and came after me. There was no one waiting in the waiting room before I ... Well, the surgery closes at 13:00, and after 11 o'clock I call my sister. The spark of satisfaction went out very quickly, as I was called to visit another practitioner in the complex, which also represents my GP, because I was up to the 8th in a row, and they would go to lunch and probably would not take me. In the next office, they looked at me like a revelation. At the time of writing this review, I am still sitting in the waiting room. And I just wanted to make sure that the "afta" that happened to me on the floor is a common affection and not the onset of angina ... prevention is important, especially when your woman is after organ transplantation and you are afraid it home you get a cold or do not give God something worse.
