Post sale communication and shipment need to be improved.
Terrible experience. I wouldn't expect that folks in the ski service are going to distract their customers by arguing with them and sending them away after failing to provide any help with cross country ski waxing. Failed 100 % and wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. Guys like those working there are making me feel we are still deep in 80s.
Very unfriendly man from staff. Bit older and tall, i bet he miss comunism.

Several price tags are affixed to the products, and the discount is always significantly lower than the one stated. It happened to me here several times. This is more of a place for the Czech Trade Inspection Authority than for a comfortable purchase, unfortunately.
