Very cold in the room, the restaurant doesn't not work in the evening.

According to my uncle, Hotel Dukla is where Soviet functionaries would stay. The rooms are very small and weird, but pretty cheap at $42. The room comes with breakfast.

60yrs old building and attitude. Not coming back ever again

Very old hotel. It needs one really large remodeling.
