Mr. Seller obviously (I don't know if the owner) obviously didn't take much wisdom from the books. In just about ten minutes, which I spent here looking for a book for my daughter, I literally managed to thrill up to 3-4 people so much conspiracy nonsense that I not only turned and disappeared, but I did not step there. From the Rothschild sponsoring the two world wars, through the cows like Painted Birds (which he didn't even read or see), it means the colored truth, and after the promotion of Free Broadcasting (among other things, the loud trumpets of Russian propaganda, disinformation and conspiracy), where it can all be found. In addition, Mr. shouted it all out loud, so it was not possible to overhear him in the back of the store. Appalling. I wonder if you've ever heard of a hybrid cylinder. I'm afraid he doesn't even know what a "thinker" is ... 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Unfortunately, I have to confirm the negative experience and very unprofessional behavior of the local staff. When claiming a book questioning the defect (what about the fact that the bird atlas has trimmed heads of birds - after all, it is only on some pages and other customers do not complain), did not write a claim form, to my explicit request unwilling reply that they do this not doing. After three days a phone call that there is a new book in the store, unfortunately with the same defect, the money can not be returned, I can choose another book. If I do not agree, I have to call the manager (who in the words of the saleswoman never appears in the store) and talk to her. After dictating the phone number to the manager in the middle of the sentence, when I asked for the manager's name, the saleswoman put the phone down. My intention to support a small local bookstore, since its branch was opened very close by the book giant, was merely punished. The second star I give for (without) positive settlement of claims directly with the leader.

I have exactly the opposite experience to Jan Hryzl. The staff was very helpful, nice and also has a great overview. Several times I was recommended a book from which I could not break away and I can only recommend the bookstore! :-)

Too much unwilling saleswoman in one place. And we weren't there once! 👎
