I attended the doctor during my studies at high school and university. I could not complain until the last visit. I have a problem with myopia and previously I had very low dioptres (0.25 / 0.5). When measuring in the office we did not solve my problem by purchasing glasses. When I went to university, the problem got worse, because I kept focusing from the notes on my desk to the wall presentations - eye fatigue and headache began to appear. According to the doctor, all was well and should be followed by a visit to neurology. I had no appetite for the examination spiral, so I went to the optics where my whole family went, and we picked the right spectacle lenses - suddenly I got clearer vision, got better control and stopped my headache. For this reason, I have not visited the doctor anymore. Over time, I moved to find a new ophthalmologist. Before my first visit, I received a request if I could bring a card statement if it had not been more than 3 years since the doctor last visited. I wasn't sure, so I wanted to ask the doctor at the doctor's office. I didn't reach that day, so I chose email communication. First of all, the doctor left me with a reference to GDPR (I just wanted to know if I should apply for a card statement or whether my last visit was less than 3 years ago, ie no sensitive data). The doctor was very reluctant, arrogant and reportedly never heard of the "card statement conditional 3 years after the visit" and would like to know where I came to this information. With this I gave up communication. If this is patient care, according to Dr. German, make access to further medical treatment more difficult, if the doctor is not himself, thank you very much, never again.

(Personal assessment) One of the most arrogant and the worst doctors I know.
