We used to go here about 15 to 20 years ago, it doesn't seem to have changed much in the hotel. 🙂😜 Around a nice little statue.

We travel around the Czech Republic quite often, but I have not experienced this yet. I give one star, and only because there is a friendly staff. We had a wellness package for 3 nights, rooms suitable, furniture frayed, no minibar or refrigerator. If we wanted to change the towels the next day, we were told at the reception that they would only change them if we paid for them. Are you serious ? The bathroom was very small, especially when you are enjoying a weekend with a friend and you have more things. Breakfast and dinner taste good, but I've never seen you serve sandwiches for dinner 🤦🏻‍♀️ Not a single salad, except for carrots and cucumbers (such as the classics from the dining room), was there. Only sauces and dumplings. But it's fine. Wellness in a word, a disaster, I have experience with massages, both Czech and Thai, or Filipino and Ayurveda. We had an aroma massage, the lady apparently massaged only on the eye so she could go put the track to the crime scene. There is no one at the reception in the spa, when you come there, you feel annoyed by someone. Don't say hello, don't smile. It won't tell you anything about the procedures. Unfortunately, I can't say that you can relax there. Paraffin wraps are wrapped in a windowless room, they sit you facing the wall where the clock hangs, and you watch when it's finally over. And for 20 minutes you look into the wall, from behind you hear a crime scene watched by a lady from the wellness, on the other hand, relaxing music and an incredible ticking of hours. There are no sunbeds by the pool, only wooden garden chairs. So relax again 0. There is equipment from year x everywhere, and I'm not talking about an unattended parking lot for which you have to pay 100 CZK a day. I only write reviews when I am very upset or completely satisfied. Unfortunately, this is the first case.

Terrible experience. The rooms, although clean, in my opinion have not changed since the hotel opened. The beds are absolutely awful, the plastic cover of the mattress was hidden under the sheets (probably so as not to ruin the century-old mattress), you couldn't sleep on the pillow, let alone the duvet. I'd rather not even comment on breakfast. I'm sorry the money we paid for the accommodation. Thank God it was only for one night ...

A nice and well-kept hotel that offers everything for families. The food is there for all tastes, it is refilled until the end. If something is missing, feel free to ask. The location is great for hiking.
