The nurse should complete the information regarding the reimbursement of the insurance by the insurance company or learn to say that the doctor does not recruit new patients (meaningless information provided by the nurse over the phone verified directly with the insurance company doctor). Willingness to act would also not hurt, but I understand that not every day is sanctification.
