This is not a wellness resort, but a 2 star attempt at a wellness resort. It is a real pity, because it is clear that millions have leaked into equipment and facilities. Stainless steel pools, cameras everywhere, an artificial pond (true with a fish belly up), a summer cinema ... The whole area lacks care and service. At the end of September 2020, we spent 3 days in the place with the whole company. We occupied most of the capacity, yet the care for us was almost negative. Training rooms unprepared, the caretaker arrived late to open for us, there is a feeling of moisture and mold in the large room (we had to pour the dryer ourselves), a great reluctance to solve or change anything. The corridors became a warehouse for summer furniture, which everyone buried. The waiter rode in a row on the 10th day, which, despite his best efforts, was obvious. Eventually, he tried to rob us when he demanded to pay the bills of previously departing colleagues again. Drinks that he did not allocate to the bills immediately then distributed by chance among all of us. Interestingly. I really do not recommend accommodation in the building at the reception. It is very clean and pleasant, unfortunately you can really hear everything - traffic on the road and gas stations outside, steps and traffic in the hallway inside. You won't sleep. During the stay, we tried to improve the services and we asked the operational Mrs. Kolaříková for intervention. No effect. I subsequently wrote feedback to Mrs. Kolaříková on October 5, 2020, I was reminded of October 15, 2020 and is still silent. If you want to go to the region around Blatnice, which is really beautiful, do not let your stay spoil in Rybníčko. On the contrary, Mr. Hanák winery - very good wine and really nice people. Straight, straight and nice.

Accommodation nice, we were there with the girls at the bachelor party and we booked a private wellness (only water part), because the whirlpool almost did not work and besides, there was only a pool, so we complained and after 15 minutes left. We agreed with the receptionist to return 50 percent of the money (50% was to be deducted for cleaning). Nothing has been returned to this day ... I wrote an e-mail there several times and called and no response. So that's why only one star. Otherwise, in the restaurant, the staff prepared ice-free aperol spritz in the summer in 30 degrees, and there were only 4 dishes to choose from from the lunch menu, so no choice at all.

We had a family celebration here. Strangers were sitting on our reservation. The food pre-ordered at the price charged by the company was weak. Plates cold, some dishes as well. The staff was completely confused (they didn't know that the birell had run out), even though they were writing orders, they didn't know what anyone wanted. They brought the food to other people than they ordered (swapping pork and chicken cutlets). Tragic service.
