I was also in Norway with this travel agency years ago and I was very satisfied. Snillfjord is a beautiful place. Unfortunately now when I wanted to travel again, but I requested some services extra first I was not replied twice to email. Then I decided to call the travel agency. The office owner's wife picked it up and when I started to explain what I wanted, it was me she started screaming that they were leaving for the bus today and that I should call another time or send an e-mail and put the phone down without saying, for example, that she was sorry or that she had no time. So I called about a month later, the phone was picked up again by the enthusiastic Mrs. Bučková, I explained to her my request and the answer was that she was no longer in the office husband and let me know. Three days later I called again Mrs. Bučková picked up the phone and when I told her who I was and what I needed her answer was Jesus it was you again, so she had no work with me so she said that they do not do this. For me it was the answer I forgot you I don't want to spend 5 minutes on you and I don't want your money. I don't know how this Office sees its future, but I think every extra crown is good today and in the future there may not be as much interest as it is today. So I can say that this office has an email only to receive completed forms of standard tours and is not for customer. By the way, my request was only to rent a boat for a few days at their campsite where I wanted to travel with my own caravan. Unfortunately I will have to address another office.
