Around 9 am we wanted to have cappuccino, we were sitting in the terrace for more than ten minutes, a waitress came to clean a table and ignored us. After another five minutes we left without having really tried nothing. Very bad service.

True Hotel from old times (communist times) all well preserved. Rooms are spacious with excellent view over the town with balcony, ashtray definitely helps. Cooled beer a excellent Moravian vine from restaurant until 2300 Great!! If you got lucky you can enjoy local Live Folklore Music!! Yea baby Live!! Price it’s just cherry on top. I Would recommend it to everyone, bit tatty but who cares. Stayed there with 5 children. Many regards from England thanks))

I've never been to a worse hotel in my life. If I could, I wouldn't give a single star. Just as it was once created during the difficult era of communism, so it looks now. The old, shabby interior, the elevator car, just awful, a carpet glued to the sides of the car from the 1970s and 1980s. In addition, it has no interior doors, so dangerous operation. We paid for a 4-bed room. The fourth bed was a sofa bed. In the room umakart around the beds, orange-brick curtains on the windows, attached to old metal flip-flops, which growl terribly. Mattresses comfortable, probably new. The bedding already remembers a lot. Towels new. Bathroom after reconstruction so ok. Fortunately, clean everywhere. You better not go to the balcony, pigeons burn in there, the plaster falls off and there are holes. In front of the room is an old peeling leatherette sofa with holes. The room is full of Umakarta stench and the whole hotel. We didn't even try the food. Reportedly, part of the hotel is already being renovated. Maybe it's on a better path.

It can be endured at sleep, but the *** hotel looks different. We were in the wrong part and it remembers the times of communism and purity is also tragic. The lady at the reception was nice, but she did not pay attention to the guests gradually. Of course, foreigners had priority, even though it was our turn. Like for the money, the breakfast is still without breakfast. Come on ...

I do not rate the hotel, but the restaurant is terrible !!! Sitting on the terrace could be pleasant, but if you want to have lunch at noon and a tempting menu with both price and content will invite you, an unpleasant waitress with an answer, we no longer have this and we do not have this and you order food from a more expensive menu and after After 5 minutes, the waitress comes again that they don't have this food cooked yet, so you have to eat a meal that you don't really like. A sad experience ... ☹️
