Very unserious travel agency, we paid in advance for the trip and even after 5 days of receiving payment they were not able to tell me whether the trip is free or whether we are going on vacation at all. Finally, after several urgencies, we learned that the drive was not free and therefore the reservation was canceled. The lady who solved it took a vacation, and the rest of her colleague and they knew nothing. Chaos, clutter, dishonesty, I'm not interested, the customer in the last place of the file in the back place, no compensation, only the cancellation of the trip. Nevermore!!!!
