the place looks like in the country side, low light, sticky tables and chairs, crowded, no ventilation, the lady at the desk speaks English but they can not easily adapt to new customers, reservation can only be made on the spot :(

Pleasant and professional staff, during the MOT I was explained what is being checked and I even learned something new about my car.

Because the technician asked for a bribe, I can't give anything other than the worst rating. I also got the unpleasant impression that the aim of the whole procedure was not to check the technical condition of the vehicle, but to find at least some serious defect in order to lubricate the pocket. I don't feel like a whistleblower, so I didn't make any official announcements. But it seems polite to me to at least inform others what to expect here.
