To date, I have not received any response to the email I sent regarding information about the specific product. It gives me a very unprofessional action on the part of the company, which should answer and help the customer choose the right product.

I ordered a tear-off strip - silver color according to the photo - but I received a black color. When I asked that there was probably an error, I only received information that it of course comes without color. Which is not even stated in the product description. So thank you for the great deal and great feedback that it of course comes without color - it's like ordering your partner a white iron, when the picture is white and you get black. So I hope that at least the store will conclude that it is necessary to write this information for the products.

Order your springs not to say that it would not be in stock or something so after two months of patience you order the same from the English shop and in 3 days you have it at home and even cheaper with transportation 😮 since July 2019 still nothing came 😀
