This is our first experience with a hotel for dogs, so I have nothing to compare it with. However, I rate it almost negatively. We brought the dog his things, pelis, toys, food. They took only food and nothing more. We could not overlook the building and the communication was quite strict (but always fast and matter-of-fact). Psik was there for a week, the program was above standard and we did not get any information about how he should have been, what the daily regime looked like, whether he had walks, training, whether he slept, etc. Nothing. They asked us for CZK 4,500, but we had to pay CZK 500 per day, without a block without an invoice. We just got the info that there were 45 dogs in the given period. The dog came back to us, living healthy but a little scared. We will not repeat it again.
