The salesman subsequently contacted me, and although it was closed, we were able to come to the store again and change our shoes. Paradoxically, the grandson claimed at the time that his shoes were not pushing him. You can't think of that. We said everything, which I'm happy for. Everyone saw it according to themselves. So I can repeat - you know the trader by the approach to the problem. I'm glad I was wrong and found another right merchant. The right trader will be recognized when a problem arises. I've been shopping for shoes here for three years. Helpful sellers, large selection. However, the willingness to sell goods and trying to solve something unpleasant is a big difference. I bought my grandson's shoes nine days ago. They cost 2040 CZK! Autumn, did not wear them, was warm weather. Today, his parents put them on for the first time and brought him to us. Right between the doors, he reports that his shoes are pushing him. We sat in the car and drove over twenty km to Brno, to solve this problem. The Lord was willing until I said I wanted to change my shoes. They are said to be worn. Yes, we have come in them, the other does not have such, the others he has are leaky. Thus, "worn" meant traveling by car from parents and traveling by car to the store, and crossing the road to the store.
