I applied refund more than 2 months ago. And currently your agents only handle passengers who are about to travel. I also can not connect to your agent through your help center. I called the airline companies and they all said they have refunded to KIWI a month ago, yet the website says you are still waiting for response from carriers. Please handle my case and reply to me immediately, thank you!!!! My kiwi account name:B00782384.

charged more than 200€ in additional fees to a booking. when i went to check in to my flight it was to a totally different destination. my destination was simply a layover on the way. strongly recommend never using this service. extremely dishonest.

Other airlines confirmed that kiwi.com supplies them with fake (customer) information on purpose!! Please, don't EVER book with this company. Stay away from it! It's very dubious and unprofessional! Worst company ever. They pass on wrong passenger and contact information to the Airlines that they've booked for you, so that the Airlines can't contact you in case of cancelation or changes. Our first flight got canceled so they booked us on another flight the next day(!) where we wouldn't be able to catch our connection flight on the original flight date. We didn't have ANY chance to reach our destination although everything (hotels, rental car, flights back) was already booked. PLUS the airline didn't have our information so we can't get a refund from them, because this criminal company didn't pass on our correct information (which they have!). That is why the airline can't identify us as customers and we can't get a refund. Wouldn't recommend kiwi.com to anybody! Stay away!

Heed the advice of several others here. I'll be avoiding this budget provider like the plague. I know we all want cheap flights, but you'll end up losing money, time and stress so not worth it in the end. I recently purchased flights to Lisbon from Faro and discovered immediately after booking that this was some sort of a "cheat" flight to Luxembourg so there would be no checked baggage possible. This alone is odd enough. They also wouldn't process a full refund, offering me 5% of the payment I made in a refund so apparently no 24 hour cancellation policy/peace of mind guarantee either.

Had a portion of our trip cancelled, asked to have the cancelled portion changed to any other airport in the state. Was informed that they couldn't make that possible and stated the issue was resolved. Kiwi didn't resolve anything. Had to rebook through the carrier that Kiwi is saying cancelled. We booked for the same day that Kiwi cancelled and on the same airline. This company is scamming people who purchase tickets through their site.
