TOBACCO VALMONT

Incompetent staff, cramped space and worst, the actual opening hours do not correspond with what Valmont keeps on their website (same applies for opening hours recorded in Google Maps). Personally witnessed twice that the shop closed doors dozens of minutes early, despite stated opening hours on its front door. If the place wasn't conveniently close to the Railway Station, I'd say avoid. There are better tobacco shops which value their customers close to Tišnov town center.
