I warmly recommend! I bought a Tissot watch in Brno, and none of the 3 stores (including where I bought it) were able to replace my battery. So I tried my luck on my way through Tisnov and there they exchanged while I waited. Very sweet lady saleswoman. I got my watch polished and adjusted.
