Great satisfaction

I have a terrible experience with this funeral service. In the evening our mother died and after the coroner examined her and issued documents, I called for nostalgia, it was 23 hours. I was told we didn't have to call anymore that they would arrive as soon as we could. After three hours of waiting, I called them again where they were and the man said on the phone that he had already sent us a car and that he did not know where the driver was, that he would call him and drive him. After another hour of waiting, I called again and the gentleman said that he did not know where his drivers were or when they would arrive, but we should definitely wait for them to arrive soon. I've had enough of waiting so I've found another funeral service - CONCORDIA. And immediately there called Mr. on the phone and said that they would arrive in 90 minutes. Exactly 90 minutes in front of the barracks, a car from Concordia stopped. Finally, this hell with the removal of the deceased could end. After another few hours at 8 am !!! Nostalgia has finally arrived !!! I wasn't home otherwise I would probably strangle them ... And like the icing on the cake - the driver of nostalgia lives by the barracks next to him than where he should have come. When I found out, I didn't understand ... They must be discouraged from this funeral service for me.
