Update2: Smoke was caused by a leaking coolant from a ruptured radiator (detection of a problem: a rusted radiator that did not resist handling when replacing the fan). Cooler replacement 5600 CZK. Update1: Second service visit after the weekend, because I recorded hood smoke and since it was practically immediately after the fan was replaced, I didn't risk another ride. Personal contact was now friendly for the change, and the technician was willing to look at it, so I'm changing the rating. I hope that it is already equipped in this matter. First Visit: It was agreed to refill the air conditioner for the Ford Mondeo 2008 Combi, but it was not necessary, but a failure was found on the radiator fan, where the cost of repair and the new part was estimated at CZK 10,000. The technician on the phone was very reluctant to explain anything and couldn't tell why the work didn't work, he didn't try to fix it, but just wanted to replace it. The communication was very uncomfortable, and at that moment the technician was unable to communicate in peace and quiet. In the end, they charged CZK 8100 for changing the fan without a motor (it worked), adding a little refrigerant (CZK 230), finding out that the fan was not working (CZK 450), climate diagnostics (CZK 550), a new fan without a motor (CZK 5370), work (1500CZK). Responding to the Owner's Response: There's no need to add anything to that. The owner's response is emotional without any value.

I have been going to service for several years with different cars with different kinds of problems.
