Absolute reluctance! We are sorry for the owner for such staff. We drove, after a previous phone call to make sure of stock, 40 km, for a carriage. The saleswomen refused to show him ... that it would be a problem to pack it and there was no place in the store. We said that we want to take one of them (either displayed or packed) and so there will always be one place in the store at that moment, we are just hesitating about the color. The answer was: "Another lady said that too, and then we were left with an unpacked carriage." So we tried it once more and differently. We offered to pay for the carriage in advance and then choose a color. The answer was no. Our efforts and willingness to buy in this store fell below point 0. It doesn't bother us at all ... About 9 months ago we bought an egg for the car and a bag for the carriage and everything was with maximum satisfaction. He was a very helpful gentleman and lady in the store. So we are really sorry for the lost time, the money spent on the trip and the behavior of the saleswomen towards the buyer. ... we were so looking forward to the baby carriage ...

We have a baby carriage, an egg and a baby seat. I appreciate the professional approach of the staff. Ms. always advise and help find the variant according to the requirements. It does not try to sell the most expensive variant of the product, on the contrary it highlights advantages and disadvantages. We are very satisfied with my husband and even if they do not have the cheapest prices, I will gladly pay for the advice provided. I always like the goods in the store in quality and design.
