Absolutely inappropriate behavior from the doctor and nurse. Zero empathy and understanding, the doctor does not listen and is not willing to find any reasonable solution. I was forced to change my daughter's pediatrician due to moving. Dr. Schánilcová had a great review, so I ordered from the doctor, but the reality was completely different. I don't know if it's a pandemic, but they can't handle the situation at all. The daughter was examined in the hallway behind the glass door, where everyone passing by saw it. It was a prevention, when the daughter was completely naked. The daughter was scared, but neither the nurse nor the doctor understood this. My daughter was taken to the surgery without question, where I found out after following the nurse, because my daughter was crying that access to the surgery was forbidden due to a pandemic. My daughter and I left the surgery out of tune and not with good feelings. Unfortunately, we had to contact the doctor again, because I needed confirmation from the kindergarten that the daughter was healthy. Stay home on the phone and then I will send you for coronavirus tests. I will definitely not bother my three-year-old daughter with any such examination! I had to ask for an examination several times, but the same reluctance and arrogance. It was not possible to negotiate with the doctor. I'm sorry I gave positive reviews and registered here!

Behind the Doctor I drive from Bystrce to my second son. Hints and medications and curative procedures, according to me, are very reasonable and thoughtful. Very nice to the children, the older son is always looking forward to her at the surgery :). Also very nice and helpful nurse. I can only recommend it for myself!
