SDH SIVICE. The exit unit in our village has been in operation since 1903 and in addition to the agreed assistance, the fire extinguishers in our village also take care of our permanent exit team. The vehicles and other equipment with which we have intervened and are still going to intervene to fight fire and other natural disasters have already had their best years behind them. However, as it turned out during the 2002 floods and many fires such as in Bzenec, this technique was maintained in working order. It is a demanding job, occupying much of the firefighters' free time. Since December 2016, we have rejuvenated the fleet, namely the Tatra 815 4 × 4 (from 1994) with a capacity of 4500l for water and 500l for foamer. The unit also has a VW Transporter, which we received a free transfer from the Police of the Czech Republic in September 2016. This vehicle is used to move the unit to the place of intervention, training and the like. For technical interventions we have available a chainsaw, floating pump and since 2019 also equipment for stinging insects.
