One of the worst services in online bookstores. I ordered two books and sent me only one, without notice that they don't have another, which is common in other online shops. Thanks to this I paid 114 CZK for delivery per book. In other e-shops I received an announcement that some of the titles do not and whether to send it ... I consider it totally unprofessional behavior. When I called, the lady told me that it is so set up system and that nothing can be done with it .. Can not and rather does not want ... When ordering they had the second book in stock and then suddenly not ... Absolutely do not recommend. L.Cigna
