I was dissatisfied with the delivery time. I received an email that the order was sent, but they did not send it until 8 days later ... I do not recommend it

Disaster, we were interested in earrings for our little one, which offers an eshop with info on availability "on request". So I wrote an email and asked. I immediately received the answer that if I want to know availability, I have to create an order. After arguing that I would not order something that I do not know, whether it is available and whether it would be possible to find out from the supplier, the owner did not respond. So an incomprehensible approach on my part.
