restaurant smells like cigarettes and burnt oil, the service was not very good and the food was below average. my wife found a fly in her sauce and the waiter did not even apologize.

Arrogant waitress, old tasteless food. The only positive thing was the beer.

Let's say, the only positive thing about this place I can think of, is that the lady behind the bar is really self-sacrificing, because she made us a grilled cheese as we were really hungry even though it was really late. One star definitely for that!

I wouldn't really expect anything from the "Municipal Pub" other than what I got. The selection of beer on tap is good, the man behind the bar is smiling, the staff has no problem, everyone can choose from the menu and at reasonable prices, when the quality of food was "normal", nothing radiant, but also no tragedy, as some others write. The only "problem" was the capacity of the garden, which was practically completely full for most of our visit (nice September Sunday around 13:00) - if you go in two or three people, you will probably find a place to sit, but larger groups could have a problem.

Absolute tragedy. I am not a demanding client, I can understand when someone is not catching up, but what is too much is too much. We wanted to order soup, she said. We ordered drowning and goulash. We waited an hour for the drowned. We asked several times when they would be, we did not receive any information, apologies or other compensation. Orders are processed gradually and have power. Then we waited another quarter of an hour for goulash. Meanwhile, the young lady served soups to the guests. When asked how they have soup, we got the answer that she cooked. If we waited for a cooked soup that we didn't know was cooking, we would have it before our order. After an hour and a half of waiting, we got a cold stew. What to add .... Never again!
