Trinity dome of the baroque church of st. Michael is one of the distinctive landmarks of the city. This Baroque church was created by the reconstruction of the original Gothic church, it was probably consecrated in 1251. From the original early Gothic building, the perimeter walls and vaults at the end of the presbytery have been preserved. The church was rebuilt to its present early Baroque style in 1673–1686 according to a design by G. P. Tencally. The single-nave hall building with side chapels has a rich sculptural and painting decoration and is an example of Baroque influence on the senses of believers. The façade of the church is decorated with the sculptures of Salvator and Virgin Mary by Ondřej Zahner from the 1830s. Alexei. I recommend to visit!
