Unfortunately, the nurse probably doesn't want to lose her job, so she's just silent. We filed a complaint with the medical chamber, unfortunately the "doctor" and the nurse denied everything and the chamber, even after resisting, said that it was a statement against the statement. The experience with the doctor is as follows: 1) The telephone ordering of a wife, as a foreign person who has never been to this doctor before and is not registered with her, took place without any problems with the warning that "unregistered" patients have reserved Friday morning, and that "wait in the waiting room". The wait lasted about 1.5 hours, which did not please me (I took my wife by car and waited for her) but this can not be blamed by the doctor because the patients met there about 20. 2) While the waiting room is small and "stuck" as someone has said here, and yet to really breathe without oxygen, but - again I must say - it is not a matter of the doctor that patients can not open the door and ventilate !!! Personally, I opened the door at least 8 times (it was pleasant outside and went into the waiting area beautiful fresh air), but "learning" people is sometimes crazy thing - anyone who left or who came, so closed the door behind him - like a robot without a brain. And then he stood there barely on his feet, sweating and gasping like a pig - but he didn't open the door. It seemed to me that in my constant reopening of the door for fresh air, I felt like I was in a psychiatric waiting room rather than a dermatologist (again, I don't see the doctor, but the patient). 3) According to the wife, her own negotiations and the solution to her problem with Mrs. Doctor was absolutely professional and could not criticize anything, on the contrary - after a few sentences of "tapping" was very pleasantly surprised by the overall attitude of this doctor. 4) I have to add that we never knew the doctor before and that my (our) evaluation is based on this single experience, it is not influenced by any previous or subsequent contact with her and since we probably will not meet her since we were here in Boskovice purely randomly, we have no reason to "overestimate" her. I am just describing our personal experience, and after this experience I dare say that both who treats her and the doctor "adapts" accordingly. It is not good enough otherwise. Total disaster, very reluctant doctor. Evil, negativist, so arrogant that it can no longer be, insolent, arguing, absolutely unprofessional and lying. He devalues ​​many patients, not just my person and my daughter. My 13 year old daughter also refused to treat and insulted, negated, swearing at us with my daughter so that I and my daughter were forced to leave the ambulance. I never want to see this person again in my life, I would never be treated or even my children.
