Terrible service, confused waiter, rude owner.

The last time we were there between the first and the second wave of the covid, when the restaurants operated, my friend and I walked from the castle to the restaurant. The main door was closed, no one was anywhere, although according to the opening hours it should have been open. We returned to the lady at the gate, she told us she didn't understand why no one was there, and she called another lady. In the end, we decided not to wait until the end of the world and went to another restaurant. So this restaurant showed pretty unprofessional behavior. Despite the opening hours, no one was anywhere, the message was nothing, and even the relevant staff of the complex knew nothing. Big disappointment. :( Edit in response to owner response: We tried the handle, it was locked. There was nothing on the site. And as I wrote, the lady at the ticket office herself was surprised that there was no one in the restaurant. Don't you think she would know if you happened to be on vacation?

It is not possible to order food for the garden. Maybe I would give a higher rating, but after we couldn't choose from a combination of meat with french fries or other fried side dishes, they chose pizza. We wanted to have meat-free. We were told that the pizza was prepared on the spot, but frozen in the forota. Leaving aside the taste of pizza, which you will definitely not write about at home, when you left the restaurant, we came across a mall who carried a huge stack of Tom's pizza pizzas over his shoulder. If you can no longer cook, don't make idiots out of your customers.

Under the name Zámecká restaurace, I expected something more stylish. The environment is not much, the service is springy, but both could be handled if at least the food was worth it. I haven't encountered such bad food in a long time. The tortilla for 130 stuffed with Chinese cabbage and topped with cheap ketchup was a real disappointment. I do not highly recommend.
