Otřesná experiost !!!! I have not met such an attitude for a long time. A blister was on my back door for a year-old car. I came to the branch asking for a consultation and possible solution to the problem. When you buy a car for 750 thousand, you assume that it will last and a similar problem occurs in 5-7 years. A mistake, after a year of using 24,000 km, you expect the car to be new. Upon arrival at the branch, I approached a spare parts dealer because the service technician was busy. He looked at the car and agreed on a bad preparation before painting, or the appearance of a speck. I say to myself great, the reviews were true and you can see that the branch has qualified people. I will go back to the service department and see that the technician is already free, so I will introduce him to the problem. After examining the vehicle he told me that it was said to be a stone and he would not take the guarantee. I stand as scalded and don't trust my ears. First, there was no rebound, and the second is the place of the defect so high that I can't imagine how the stone would get there. After a brief exchange of views, he told me that they would dismantle the tailgate upholstery and if there was nothing visible on the inside, then it was a paid repair, and he said it could be a stone from a lawn mower. I lived for fifteen years importing and repairing cars, but I wouldn't expect such an argument from a Alberta saleswoman either. Anyway, the planned guarantee and the autumn purchase of a new car will take place elsewhere. So I continued to Brno, where I had a meeting that lasted until the afternoon hours. On my way back to Brno, I hit the Autosalon Balvin s.r.o., although it was half past six, but what if they were still open. Incredible has come true. Was opened!!! Again, I conveyed the problem to the service technician, and then, the man pulled out the camera, shot the car, and after examining me, he assured me that 99% of it was recognizable and that once Prague confirms it, we can make the correction. I call it a professional approach !!!!
