Personal approach, great communication. ;) I highly recommend to everyone
In mid-September I ordered a trip to Advent Vienna for 7 people. The lady called me to try to arrange departure from Boskovice and then she will contact me.
I waited until mid-October, then I sent an email, no response. So I called the office, I heard on the phone that two workers were talking. Then one told me that it was my colleague, that she would send me an email in a moment, that she couldn't pay more attention to her because she had a customer there.
Email came in the form of booking confirmation, with departure from Brno and whether I am still interested. At the moment I did not like their behavior enough.
I wrote down that my interest was declining after such a deal. The same day I sent a message that I would like to fill in the binding order documents. There was no reply to this email again until I sent them another message in a few days. The lady wrote me off saying she would email me the next day.
So the next day the lady wrote to me that they sold our places to someone else.
I ended up with them and ordered the tour from another travel agency.
Nejlepší cestovka! Personal approach, professional advice and great communication. ;) I highly recommend to all, I have not gone anywhere else for several years. Thank you very much for everything ❤
