The staff of this O2 branch makes many mistakes that cost the Customer thousands of CZK 😔

I definitely do not recommend the store. The employees of the store are unbelievable, they cannot deal with the problem I am coming to the store with. Instead, they offer more and more of their overpriced services. Reluctance to help. If I am not interested in other services of the company, the employees are unpleasant and cool. My request was not canceled when I requested to cancel a service I do not use. I really do not recommend this branch of the company, I am currently looking for another store.

The disaster, the gentleman who served us on Saturday, November 21, 2020, was unpleasant and arrogant! It's a pity I don't know his name, but I'm sure I won't visit this branch again!

They absolutely do not cooperate. They have not kept the agreement and telephone contract that is being recorded.
