My grandmother went to this goldsmith shop with the intention of selling the gold and returning with the amount for which I had to buy earrings to finish my studies at the Faculty of Medicine. However, instead of with money, she returned from goldsmithing with gold earrings with fake zircons. Therefore, she paid 1.5 g of gold for the earrings on a "counterweight" of 3000 CZK and still had to pay 800 CZK. She was told that these earrings were original, handmade in a local workshop. However, in our situation, I saw other, exactly the same earrings on offer. I was honestly so sad and I didn't even want to imagine my grandmother being persuaded and embarrassed to buy. But I can roughly imagine it when I witnessed the persuasion to buy a ring from a young lady in front of us with the words "we only have one piece". When it was our turn, I explained the situation and asked politely for a refund for the earrings, unfortunately they were purchased in June (so it was not possible) and let's choose another. So after a long collection, I found one for 3000 CZK, with the proviso that I still have to choose something for 800 CZK? But said not, he will return 800 CZK to me. So I have earrings that I'll never wear because I'm so sad from the whole store for my grandmother, who just wished, "just let my granddaughter have a beautiful gift for studying." ❌ Response to the trade response: JednaOn all time, one saleswoman paid attention to us, the other came about 3 minutes before the end, when, thanks to God, my mother discovered earrings that were simple, without unnecessary ornaments, and the saleswoman said, "You see, I didn't even notice them." The earrings were not offered at a "discounted price" because we saw them the same in a complaint in the offer for 3800 CZK, ie the same price for which their grandmother bought them. The term "fake zircons" was used by the seller-goldsmith myself, I am not a goldsmith, but by the price I understood that they are not real diamonds - Your insult to how I "behaved like a granddaughter" is out of place and only underscores and shows how you deal with shoppers. The fact that I returned the earrings that were forced so that they really weren't out of love, Grandma, and she's cried so much since then, is just my personal business.
