I can only recommend, location great, in the vicinity of a large number of sites that can be visited (cities, monuments, museums, views, swimming). We stayed in the cottage, who is used to normal accommodation, must be satisfied, kitchen equipped and clean, bathroom also, water always warm, a lot of fun for children (playground, pool, games), barbecue, good fishing. The owner was very helpful, he accommodated everything, if there was a problem or shortcoming, he solved it immediately. Nice pub, good beer.

The farm is located in a beautiful place, almost secluded. There is a swimming pool and a hot tub by arrangement. Children's playground also included. Accommodation is rather average. Unfortunately, we had dirty dishes in the accommodation (eg the pan was stored in an oven with moldy liquid). The sofa in the living room was also dirty. But sleeping on the top floor was nice. There are many beautiful animals on the farm, unfortunately also 2 Rottweilers, who are brought up according to the owner. However, the bred dog would not attack and bite another dog ... unfortunately this incident did not escape us and our dog ended up biting. (nothing happened to the Rottweiler). For this reason and because of the very dirty dishes, I rate it 2 stars.

Great place for a family vacation, our daughters enjoyed it perfectly and we with them 😁. We will definitely return next year, in the vicinity of about 1 hour by car beautiful places, sights. In 40 minutes by car you are at the castle Hluboká nad Vltavou, in 15 minutes by car in the crocodile zoo Protivín or in the amazing fairytale smithy in Selibov. Directly on the farm they have animals, a pony, lots of swings, climbing frames, a sandpit and a swimming pool. For fishermen option 🎏, on the farm you will find a small pub, popular prices. Accommodation clean, undemanding, with the possibility of self-catering. The owner is always helpful, helpful. It is about 2.5 km to Vodňany, ATM, supermarkets, pharmacy and clinic. In the vicinity of the accommodation is a ranch with horseback riding, a lookout tower and an organic farm.

We were in the cottage and we can not complain .... really clean, equipped kitchen, water always hot in the shower and kitchen. Little satisfied she won and found friends. We also had a small dog and whenever large dogs were allowed to run, we were notified. It's not for someone who is used to the comfort of a 5-star hotel, but really great for us. Trips around the area are great and activities in the pool as well. Thank you
