It is a pity that it is not possible to give 0 stars. The driver's approach on the Prague - Strakonice line was appalling and stressful from the already difficult journey with a small child. Not only did the driver not help me to store my luggage, including the pram, or to take it out, he was still shouting at us because of a few crumbs of croissants, which unfortunately remained under the seat where my one-year-old son had beaten. I would definitely not expect Tal's approach and I find it unprofessional.

The horror bus had to go and did not go.
