The Jewish cemetery in Čkyně was probably founded at the end of the 17th century and was used for burials from Čkyně and the surrounding area. It is located south of the village in a forest above the railway tracks, on the right side of the road leading to Hradčany. The oldest local tombstone dates from 1688. It was buried here until 1942, when the local Jews were deported to German concentration camps, where they mostly perished. There is a special children's ward, whose tombstones at the western part of the enclosure wall have an eastern orientation - unlike others oriented to the west. The 19th century morgue bears a Hebrew inscription and a memorial plaque commemorating the Jewish community of the village and the victims of the Holocaust. There is a memorial plaque to the victims of Nazism from the Čkyň region in the cemetery morgue.
