An incredible act, when Ms. Votavová lets herself be denied when she can't catch up and refuses to communicate. In addition, totally unprofessional services, according to the verdict of this lady, I am not entitled to the subsidy. After consulting with other energy companies, I realized that this is not the case. It is simply that Mrs Votavová does not understand the basic concepts of the new decrees.
