Nice collection, but we didn't learn much. The "guide" introduced the collection in three sentences and then sent us to inspect the collection herself after the ride, warning that we had to catch everything in 30 minutes. There are no labels for the paintings, so you don't really know what you're looking at, what the history and significance is. We received papers with information about Buddhism, but when we read to understand the concept at least a little, the lady again urged us to have only 30 minutes, so read on later. Is this really a collection under the auspices of the National Museum ?!

We just picked up an interesting place.

I did it today, and I'll probably come back there again, a great exhibition, an amazing environment and a miss guide (by the way, half a Czech and half a Mongolian), absolutely amazing. I learned a lot from her and in a really nice and non-violent way. In comparison, for example, with "guides" in some state castles is a miracle.

An excellent gallery with a collection of Buddhist art. The collection includes Tibetan and Mongolian tangos and Japanese with Chinese scrolls, several Tibetan statues. The whole gallery is located in the old water tower and the monumentality of the tower coincides with the monumentality of the collection. The guide, Miss Anuka, beautifully explains in the introduction the origin of the collection, the reconstruction of the water tower and the laws of the Tibetan deities. We highly recommend to visit.
