I would like to appreciate the very friendly approach to the customer and the fair approach, ie the fact that they do not "draw" money from it unnecessarily. I needed to fix the window download mechanism within a few days (on vacation). I was rejected by two other services, saying they were full. As I later saw, they were full in this service as well, yet Mr. Nezbeda came out to meet me, immediately ordered a spare part and took me. Both the mechanic I spoke to and the young lady at the front desk were nice. The imaginary "icing" on the cake was that they managed to make the repair without using a spare part, so in the end I only paid the work 600 CZK, which I consider a very good price. Thank you.
