Applies to the Skodaplus department, no reply to emails. I tried 3 different email addresses and even received a read receipt but no reply.

50 minutes before the end of the opening hours, ie at 4 pm you will not find anyone in Porsche Ostrava except a cleaning lady, who will also tell you that no one has been there for quite some time. A waste of time and money for gasoline. I drive a Porsche Katowice as standard and I see that I do not intend to change anything about it.

Below average, I would expect much more from Das Welt Auto especially because I worked for them 4 years abroad and I know how incredibly high demands VW can set on its dealers. In this shop, I was not fascinated on the contrary, rather surprised by how bad condition the vehicle was. If I omit the dirt in the interior, the jack in the trunk wrapped in a towel (previous owner ???), from the rat ,, eaten ,, insulation of the hood and or the biggest pearl - a toilet freshener anchored to the top of the engine (perhaps to eliminate the smell of gasoline in the cab ??), I would understand the slight scratches on the fender, which are obvious after 10 years in operation but overall I can not imagine that I would present such a vehicle in my authorized VW showroom, we would have lost the VW DasWeltAuto license before the company or I would lose work for the sale of such a wrecked car. I will not comment on customer service. I understand that sometimes you can have good and sometimes bad days, but I think that AutoHeller should reconsider the salary commission structure of its employees in order to motivate them more and especially to provide them with better training. However, we bought the car elsewhere the next day and paid more money and we are extremely satisfied.

Customer service 0.0 ie Porsche Inter Auto CZ spol. s r.o. (Auto Heller). 12.7. 2019 a new Golf car taken over to order. Possibility of full use 0 days. Total in service for more than 6 months, defect unresolved, today 9.7. re-occurrence of the same engine fault. In addition to recurring engine failures, there were also complaints for extensive leaks into the car. Compensation 0. Spare vehicle 0 days. Horrible behavior. Everyone is terribly smart and incredibly arrogant, especially the leadership. I wish all their customers strong nerves and a good lawyer. However, it is best to avoid buying or servicing. You really want to, buy a new car and be in the service every week, where it will take you up to 4 hours and you will still walk.
