I have been going here for years and I am satisfied. Mr. Valenta always tries to live up to his promises. The mechanics are willing and fast and can handle everything.

I haven't experienced such arrogance for a long time - I really don't know what I have with the car, so maybe I'm taking it to the service ?? And they will dream there and they told me that if I can't tell them what's wrong, they really don't have time for that. I drove the car elsewhere, they figured out that I had a broken and hardened rear brake, so sometimes it "seemed to rub". And they knew it from my description, but it mysteries

Non-professional sovereign approach, total demagoguery about CN. In the end, I paid 5,000 CZK more than agreed without anyone calling me. I definitely recommend it for a person who wants to have one thing fixed, it will be fixed with two other ones that you did not solve. The worst service where we visited, the staff important that it is not even possible to see a woman who has no doubts in the cars.

On the business trip, I was angry with a car in Ostrava - the alternator left at lunchtime. I did not review and called the first number that fired me google. Mr. owner, although he was full, accepted me, made a diagnosis and explained everything to me (what will be done, how it will be done and why it will be so). He created a cost budget repair (was kept and still significantly cheaper) and put to work. He alarmed all parts suppliers and pushed for immediate delivery. Unfortunately, I had a pang and the altik on my car was nowhere near. But he gave me his word that by noon the next day the car would be in operation. I trusted him. Let me wait for a taxi, advised where to go, what to see, what to taste (at the time of the Internet someone can promise, but verbal direct recommendations are always worthwhile and it's better to kill queries on google "where to go in Ostrava" ) The second day I waited a while in the service (because the hotel had a wait out at 10) and really the car was finished by lunch. Demonstration of exchanged parts, asking what to do with those parts (if I want to keep them, or throw it away), issued an invoice and more pleasant chat. I am Mrs. Valenta's debtor for having mercy on everything so that I can go on the road. If I was in Ostrava and needed service again, I know there are experts and willing. Their services (demonstration of part, patient explanation and willingness to show how things are) are above standard and many original services could learn how to behave.
