Lots of cars to chose from. Polite sales staff mostly. I spent over 5 hours the first day, two looking at cars and then three waiting for my offer to be accepted. Then again another 2 waiting plus phone calls. Then I was told I could go and get the car (by phone), turns out I couldn't as payment hadn't gone through. No one mentioned this. So I ask for an e-mail to tell me when payment goes through. I don't hear from them so I e-mail after three days. The sales lady managed to be shirty and said that it was my fault I had to wait so long and that she had tried to call me to tell me payment had gone through. No missed calls on my phone so... she didn't. Then, I go in at 5pm to get the car today. It's currently 7pm, I have no keys, I have signed everything to be signed, payed in full and have been waiting for two hours... I hear most car sales places are like this in Ostrava... Prague too maybe. It's torturous being told nothing, waiting and I can't wait to drive away!!!!

Very descent polite young guy who escorted us to almost 10 cars, but the prices is over the twice any car usual price.
