I have absolutely terrible experience with them when I came to the service and they could not solve my problem, although they charged almost 3000 CZK. They convinced me that there was no problem, that what I was complaining about was normal, although before the problem occurred, everything worked differently. Their waitress was not able to call me back half a day after I called them in the morning. Outrageous arrogance!
