Do tohoto "servisu" jsem jel pouze přehodit letní pneumatiky na zimní, a to z důvodu blízké vzdálenosti od centra JH. Čekací dobu v profesionálním pneuservisu hodinu a půl bych ještě přežil, ale už jsem tušil, že vše nebude v pořádku (jako např. když pan se servisák po hodině zeptal, zda se jedná o model SLK, mi při výměně pneumatik nepřišlo úplně důležité :). Po měsíčním řešení brzd, kdy šel rachot od zadních kol jsem zjistil, že mi v tomto pneuservisu přervali šrouby pravého zadního kola tak, že drhli a já myslel, že jsou špatné pakny zadní brzdy. No nic, šikovný servisák šroub zkrátil a celý problém opravil, nicméně tento pneuservis už pro dlouhou dobu nekvalitně odvedené práce příště nevyužiji. Snad tím někomu ušetřím cestu a peníze :)

They changed my filter (cabin, air, oil), oils and added refrigerant to the air conditioner. Prices answer. prices of other services, the time to perform was, in my view, fine. So far, even though it was a so-called opaque finish for me (whether I really have new filters in the car and I can't check the oil myself), everything was excellent. Personal nice, helpful, even Mr. leader himself advised. The climate started to work, so I gained some confidence. I decided that I would still use their services and because my MOT ended, I drove the car for a pre-technical inspection, with the proviso that when everything was OK, I would take care of the MOT itself. My phone rings in the afternoon and then. call, the technician tells me the sad news that if the car is to pass the MOT, he has to replace all the brakes. discs and all pads, brake calipers, suspension of both front wheels, thus perform geometry adjustment, replace brakes. fluid and if you have already replaced the parking brake cable and, in addition to other small ends around, still spread out both headlights. I bought the car 2 years ago as you eat for 100 thousand, so when he finally unpacked the amount of the price offer for me over 36 thousand. with a 10% discount (otherwise it was over 40 thousand), so I slowly wanted to cry. I tell him I'll go get the car the same day and talk about it in person. The technician seemed a little surprised that I would like to pick up the car at all. I needed a car to get home from work, and while driving so far without the slightest observable problem, I didn't see a problem with it. So after work I stepped into the door and there was already a technician with a tablet ready for me, showing me the photos pretty decent. and slashed disks and plates, literally crumbling silentblocks, corroded. wheel suspension rods. He says that's why the car jumps and bangs when the silencers are so broken. I'm quite surprised and tell him that I've never noticed that a car would ever throw itself away or be unusually noisy. The reaction was that I couldn't prove and judge it. That was already suspicious to me. At the same time, after the purchase, two years ago, my acquaintance changed both front brakes. discs and, if I recall, those silentblocks. I was told that I should go to him and ask if he had changed it at all. When I left, I received an offer with a schedule of work and the necessary replacements. part for those (without a 10% discount) over 40 thousand Kc with VAT. To my question, whether the technician is at least an original quality part, the technician replied that it can be said that they are used in primary production. I left with that. Good luck to them, thanks to not performing the MOT, I only paid about 100 CZK for the so-called security inspection. That evening I ground the internet and I wanted to check how good the parts are and whether their price is somehow exorbitant and corresponds at least to the margins and prices of the material when changing the filters and repairing the climate earlier. Unfortunately, I was very unpleasantly surprised when, thanks to the attached PN code and the name of the manufacturer, I found the exact same parts and found out that even the most expensive sellers on the Internet are not close to the prices I had in the price offer. The average prices of the work then fluctuated with a margin of around min. 100% in favor of this service. I would understand max 30% from the average, but this was really too much! And I even managed to get them all in two days for a little over 14 thousand with VAT compared to the offered 32 thousand with VAT. Which meant, under ideal conditions for me (under which I would get them) up to 129% margin for this service, if they could get them at those prices. As I expected, I could not bring the parts myself, although I did not demand a guarantee for the parts, but only for work. But when I wrote not to be angry with me, but the peasant logic tells me that I will save 18,000 so much, which is not negligible at all in this part, so I did not get any answer at all. .... Finally me in the authorizations. the services changed only the rear brake discs and pads (for the original) and they spread out the headlights and even with the MOT and everything, I paid a little over 8 thousand. The technician did not understand what bothered them on the front brakes and silentblocks (only a little swollen) and that the parts were certainly not origo. Absolutely alarming for me, and given the shaken photos, I see a scam in that!
