The church is located in the southern part of Jindřichův Hradec, near the Hvězdárna housing estate. It is a single-nave church from the end of the fourteenth century. Today it is part of a cemetery and is surrounded by a high wall. Funeral ceremonies are still underway, and the cemetery is open to the public during the day. The church is in good repair after the end of the twentieth century.
