Good day, I ordered the date of the import MOT (by phone), when I arrived at the MOT so there was already another car on my date ... the gentleman at the reception apologized for the problem and sent me to the technician who works on import MOT to explain it to him situation and my ordered vehicle went to the import MOT. I can honestly say that I have not met a more arrogant and rude person in my life. He kept jumping into my speech and I couldn't tell him a single sentence because he was constantly leaving and shouting (yes he was literally shouting) that he couldn't keep up. For about 10 seconds I managed to shout at him where he looked at the big TP and said that there is some missing information and that he has to do it on Dekra, I replied that you are a contractual partner of Dekra otherwise I would not go to you. What he literally told me (I quote): I don't have time for a p ... I finally got a technical card by calling me (within a week) and guess if he called :) Of course, I'm also going to write on Dekra that a contractual partnership with you is actually a commodity for which you don't have time: D: D: D Have a nice day

I was completely satisfied, because I already have experience with this MOT, I voted again, ordering through the website and without unnecessary waiting. I will come again next time and I can only recommend.

It would be nice if you also have a repair station. So that you can eliminate the comments. There are no complaints or comments about STK's work

I arrived at the ordered time at the MOT, within 5 minutes I was already on the emission measurement. It took about an hour in total, without a problem. :)
