Hradec Králové City Hall is a building with several faces. The tourist sees the outside quite handsome facade with columns and attics to Klásterská Street and says to himself: "they have a nice place here". The citizen - the applicant opens an old iron door, climbs the stairs and finds himself at the crossroads of corridors, from where, at best, he heads to the registry office, where they are very nice and helpful. In the worst case, they have to go outside and look for another building where the required department is located. I think the office has about five of those buildings. So good luck. And finally the staff of the office. I think many people deserve a friendlier and more modern work environment.

July 10, 1919, I visited the Municipal Authority of JH, Department of Transport, Disaster. Two counters and only one of them worked, and counter No.7 did not clear one client for 40 minutes, then the lady came out, jumped on the toilet, took the purse, locked the office, and went on the loops and didn't return in 40 minutes until the end of my visit. How many civil servants have lunch hours? Throw the green, that you don't buy a car every month.

The town office of the city office looks out of the way and I think it has a long and interesting history. I hope that there are people who think of the well-being and development of urban life. The city itself looks very nice, well maintained and the town square offers exactly the kind of shops that a tourist like me is looking for
