Integrated secondary school in Cheb

I do not understand how it is possible that the school is able to involuntarily send all the third-year students of the graduation field for a week, somewhere somewhere to the "crow ranch", to cottages where there was neither electricity nor the opportunity to pay for meals just nothing.

This school is not much.
