My experience is more than BAD! In December, we bought children haverboards for Christmas. One stopped working immediately, claimed, acknowledged, repaired. In a week or so, the second one stopped working, then the first one again. Taken away for a complaint. So I wanted to return the money, and within an hour I received an SMS that the complaint was ready and that we could pick it up. Complaints not recognized for any device for more than ridiculous reasons (we allegedly rummaged in one device - so we are now without a haverboard and without any other guarantee, the other is said to be deeply discharged - I wouldn't go if it was there for a month) I understand that it was easier to refuse at speed rather than to repair it by a service technician, who was supposed to be in quarantine and happened to appear there for an hour that day and violated the quarantine. We couldn't get help from the management and at the same time we could normally agree somehow. Therefore, overall, this brand is NEVER MORE!

HECHT is a brand that I prefer and I am satisfied with it. Everything I have bought from HECHT so far (mower, brushcutter, saw, grill, etc.) works reliably and as it should. What is worse is my recent experience with the Jindřichův Hradec branch of this company. I would rather not use their services in the future. What happened. I needed a new knife for my lawn mower. They told me at the store that it was not in stock and needed to be ordered. They wrote down my name in a notebook with a phone number and informed me that they would let me know when the knife arrived. It's been 14 days and nothing. The vegetation in my garden abounded and I went to the store for the first time and asked what it looked like. Nothing. The answer is simple, it has not yet come. Another 14 days passed and I went to the store again, saying that a month is perhaps enough time for the part to come to their product. Nothing. The knife just didn't come again, but it will definitely come on Tuesday. We'll call. They didn't call… I ran out of patience. So I ordered a knife online in NAKO s.r.o. in Pardubice and wonder of the world, I had it with me within a week !!! That convinced me of only one. The staff at HECHT in Jindřichův Hradec is on the hook. How else to explain that I, as a customer, will get the part faster than the HECHT branch. This did not end my disillusionment with the "experts" at JH. What was my surprise when I found out that the original knife that was in the mower from the purchase and during the pre-season service is significantly smaller compared to the new knife designed for this type of mower !!! I can only speculate that someone in the store already intentionally exchanged a knife for a smaller one when it was sold. Why? Maybe because it's so hard to find Jindřichův Hradec. I also wonder how it is possible that during the pre-season service, the service worker did not point out that the knife in the mower is smaller and does not actually belong to it. When I asked him if he didn't want to replace it, he only replied that he would have to order it and that he would rather balance and balance it. Now with a new knife, the mower works better than when purchased. HECHT is simply a good technique. However, it has one flaw in its beauty. "Experts" at the Jindřichův Hradec branch. I would rather avoid this group of cheerful incompetent people by arching next time. And I recommend it to others.
