Very nice guy who helped me find what I needed. Although they dont sell the item I needed, he went an extra mile to call other stores for me. So nice of him (Jaroslov) 😄

I bought a washing machine on Monday, which I intended to take away right away, the lady offered to bring it for free the next day that I would not have to drag in the car and annoy someone with the help of unloading it, the washing machine did not arrive, on Wednesday I called the branch where where I have the washing machine, they found the washing machine in the warehouse, they forgot to load it and that it will be delivered on Friday at the earliest, so I arrived for the washing machine, the paddler plugged it in and when I wanted to turn on the washing machine, to the store and there they told me to call a service, so I found it here and described the problem, the service will not arrive until 30.7. super you buy a new washing machine and wait 21 days before you can wash. Whether the repair will be performed at all on the day of the service technician's visit. There is definitely something again at Planeo Elektro in Český Krumlov "I'll buy". I bought for the company and in cash, so I do not recommend this store with the approach of employees: buy pay and do not bother, if you have a problem, consult, no offer for a complaint or exchange for another piece.
